
Sweet cherry, sparkling tonic and bold espresso come together in this refreshing cherry espresso tonic developed by Conscious and Califia Farms

Ice
Tonic water 90g
Cherry syrup (we use Bristol Syrup Company Cherry and Vanilla Syrup) 4g
Espresso shot (we use Conscious’ house blend, Dos Pueblos) single
Oat cold foam (Califia Farms Barista Blend) find our recipe for cold foam here
Dark chocolate powder or freeze-dried cherry powder
Method
- Fill a glass with ice, then pour in the chilled tonic water and cherry syrup.
- Stir briefly, then top with the espresso shot.
- Using a whipped cream dispenser, dispense the oat cold foam on top, then garnish with a dusting of dark chocolate or freeze-dried cherry powder.
