Ice
Cold brew coffee (we recommend Conscious’ Peruvian El Diamante) 70g
Orange syrup (we used Bristol Syrup Company Blood Orange Sherbet Syrup) 10g
Soda water 70g, chilled
Oat cold foam (we recommend Califia Farms Oat Barista Blend) find our recipe for cold foam here
Freeze-dried orange powder a dusting
Method
- Fill a glass with ice and pour in the cold brew.
- Top with the orange syrup and soda water, then stir briefly.
- Dispense the oat cold foam on top using a whipped cream dispenser, then garnish with a dusting of freeze-dried orange powder.
