After endless hours of tasting, talking and training, in 2015 they decided to splash out on a Giesen and set up a roastery in the heart of the Somerset countryside.

More than a decade later, they`re keen to share their coffee expertise with home-brew enthusiasts, aspiring roasting pros and baristas alike. In 2020, they added a dedicated training suite to their roastery and an on-site cafe at Tonedale Mill in Wellington.`
